Equispa grooming products are the main stay of my business. They are made with PURE grade essential oils blended in a base of witch hazel and fractionated coconut oil. F.C.O. has no oder, is clear, does not go rancid, extends the shelf life of blends, light enough to spray, and is easily absorbed into the body. It is very moisturizing with out being sticky or slick. Witch Hazel is a natural cleanser and tonic. It is soothing to skin and non drying. All products state "shake well". This is because I dont use any artificial surfactants in the products to keep the oil and witch hazel from separating. So shaking is important to deliver a well blended ratio. All of these products work best if brushed into the coat. For instance, Peppermint Summer Protection works best as a barrier against insects if you brush it in. Insects do not bite the coat....they bite the skin underneath. It takes a minute extra to apply but the horse will benefit and so will you!
